We collect the bare minimum needed to answer your requests, nothing more. This page explains which data is processed, why, by whom, and how to exercise your rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

02Data we collect
Only what you type into the contact or support form: name, email address, store URL (optional), project type or subject, message, and the website language at the time you send it.
No payment data, no user accounts, no advertising tools.
Analytics: we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which measure traffic and performance in an aggregated, anonymous way (page visited, country, device and browser type, load times), without cookies and without any identifier that could track you across websites.
03Purposes and legal bases
Your data is used solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and provide support for our themes. This processing relies on pre-contractual steps taken at your request and on our legitimate interest in replying to messages we receive (GDPR article 6.1.b and 6.1.f).
Anonymous analytics help us understand traffic and improve the website’s performance, based on our legitimate interest (GDPR article 6.1.f).
Your data is never sold, nor used for marketing without your consent.
04Recipients and processors
Your messages are only read by the Anthem Agency team. To run the website, we rely on technical providers:
Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting and anonymous analytics. Resend, Inc. (United States) — delivery of emails sent from the forms. Google LLC (United States) — receiving messages in our mailbox. Calendly LLC (United States) — scheduling, only if you open the booking widget.
When data is transferred outside the European Union, those transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards: the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.
05Retention
Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, then for no more than 3 years after our last exchange, after which they are deleted. If you become a client, exchanges related to the contract are kept for its duration plus the applicable statutory limitation periods.
06IRON priority list
If you check the signup box, your email address is stored in a dedicated Resend list for IRON launch updates. Signup is optional and is not a purchase. To request removal, email [email protected]. Launch emails will also include an unsubscribe link.
07Cookies
This website uses no advertising or analytics cookies: Vercel’s analytics work without cookies. A strictly necessary cookie may remember your chosen language; it is exempt from consent. Fonts are served from our own servers, with no calls to third-party services.
If you open the Calendly widget, it may set its own cookies, governed by Calendly’s privacy policy.
08Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email us at [email protected]. We reply within one month.
If you believe your rights are not being respected, you can lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
09Security
The whole website is served over HTTPS, forms are protected against automated submissions, and access to messages is limited to the people who need it.
